BioI live on a tropical island in the middle of the ocean, literally. For years now I've felt that I exisit in my own space and time, but now I am physically so far away from everyone. I find it hard to believe that I live here...so many people would kill for the opportunity to be 30 - 50 minutes away from the shore in all directions - I love it, but could honestly take it or leave it.
I don't blend very well...I've been here for a while now and I honestly think I'm the palest person here. I don't avoid the sun, it just kind of works out that way. Perhaps I'm just geneticaly pre-disposed to it. It works out because I like my pale skin...but it does freak out the locals a bit. I dyed my hair black again recently and you would think it isn't such a big deal because a lot of people here have black hair, but to most everyone I work with, it's wierd...I must be a freak.
I miss everyone, my old lives, family and friends in Utah & California. It's difficult to keep in touch, difficult and akward. I'd like to fix that.
